Working with Zenith was great from start to finish. I had a leak in the old roof that showed up late in November and Zenith fit me in to their schedule within a couple of weeks to ensure I didn’t go into the snowy months with a faulty roof. They were professional, communication with their staff was excellent, and as I write this review a couple of months later I can confidently say their work is high quality. I had a tree fall on my home doing fairly minor damage to my roof and gutters. The gutter was damaged to the point water ran straight off the roof next to the home. This particular corner is where we have problems with water coming in to the crawl space. I contacted Zenith and got quick responses and a quick quote. They informed us they were busy and said it may be two weeks before they got us. Fair enough, we agreed and signed off on the quote. I reached out two weeks and a couple days later to Lauren and she said that Jesus was doing the schedule and our home is going to be on it. She said she’d contact us when she saw the schedule and had a date. That was December 5, and I have not heard from her yet. They flat out ghosted us. I am appreciative of the services provided by Zenith Roofing. From my first interaction, the process flowed smoothly and professionally. Jesus Torres was able to fit my roof installation into his busy schedule on short notice, and my entire roof installation was completed on the same day. I would definitely recommend Zenith Roofing and Construction. My first Roofing project I have had to go through, and I am happy that I choose and trusted in them. From the start Lauren was awesome, explaining and listening to my concerns, and needs of the project. The work the crew did was very meticulous. The guys were all very respectful and understanding. I am very happy with how the project turned out and looks great! Jesus the owner is a very professional and was attentive to my concerns, and kept me informed throughout the project. I was very happy with the results of the new roof Zenith installed on my 88 year old home. The crew was very professional and organized, the quality of work that was done was excellent. They took care of a couple of issues I asked them to fix and they had no problems doing so. I had a lot of estimates before going with Zenith, and I was completely satisfied with Lauren and Jesus doing it right. Zenith Roofing and Construction went above and beyond our expectations for our Roof replacement and new gutter installation!

We had received so many estimates from local companies and as most people know, the prices and quotes were all over the place (some even outrageous), even for apples to apples products. We ultimately did our research on the company and products being used, and chose Zenith Roofing. Lauren was professional and efficient with our initial visit to discuss our roofing needs and was not high pressure. We did not get the typical sales tactics with her as we did with other guys that came out. Lauren was extremely knowledgeable of the products they use, but also with explaining our current roof condition and why a new roof would benefit us and our needs. She gave us 3 options to choose from, and delivered her estimates in the time frame she said she would (other companies never even sent the quote).

The communication from the office kept us in the loop up until day of installation and even got us completed before the original estimated install date. :) The crew was here early and worked all day to get the job completed, the gutters were installed the next day. The clean up was done and was again, better than I had anticipated!

10/10 service from this company from start to finish! Love supporting a local company who is very honest and affordable! Will definitely recommend Zenith Roofing to all of my family and friends!
